Order Processing
Orders for the ALDOMETER SPEED are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and Hong Kong public holidays). You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your package has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times
* **Hong Kong & Macau:** Typically 1–3 business days via SF Express or local courier.
* **International (Asia-Pacific, North America, Europe, Oceania):** Typically 5–12 business days via trackable international air courier (e.g., FedEx, DHL, or Speedpost).

Lithium Battery Shipping Compliance
The ALDOMETER SPEED contains an internal rechargeable Lithium-ion battery (UN 3481, Lithium Ion Batteries Contained in Equipment) and is shipped strictly in accordance with international air transport safety regulations (IATA / Section II). Depending on regional courier restrictions, certain island or remote territories may experience slight carrier routing delays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments outside of Hong Kong, the recipient is responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, and local value-added taxes (VAT/GST) imposed by the destination country.
